ICEF participated as a partner of ETF in four cycles of the IT retraining program – 2019/2020/2021/2022. The four programs included over 280 participants without prior knowledge of the IT field.

The programs include courses in various programming languages (Java, PHP, JavaScript, Python) and the Linux operating system. A large fund of theoretical and practical classes, as well as soft skills training and mentoring support from HR experts, was implemented.

After completing the courses, participants were awarded certificates of successful completion of the courses. Over 30% of participants have successfully retrained or applied the acquired knowledge in their current job.
