Public institutions that manage regulated markets need reliable digital systems for collecting data, maintaining records and producing reports that support oversight and decision-making. In areas such as tobacco production and trade, where different participants, activities and control procedures must be monitored, digitalization helps improve transparency, consistency and access to relevant information.

Within this project, a new information system was developed for the Tobacco Administration of the Republic of Serbia. The system supports comprehensive records related to retail sales, manufacturers, tobacco processors, large manufacturers, illegal traffic and total traffic. It also includes a large number of record sheets and statistical and analytical reports required for institutional monitoring and regulatory work.
